Have you ever wanted to make beautiful handmade cards but weren’t sure where to start?
You’re in the right place!
Welcome to Mystery Monday Stamping, where my goal is simple…
Cardmaking Made Easy, Fun, and Stress-Free.
Every Monday at 7:00 PM Central, cardmakers from all over the world join me LIVE on YouTube to create a handmade card together. Whether you’re brand new to cardmaking or you’ve been stamping for years, Mystery Monday is designed so everyone can create something beautiful using the supplies they already have.
There are no expensive supply lists.
No pressure to copy my exact card.
And definitely no stress!
I simply give you one clue at a time, and together we watch a beautiful card come to life.

This Week’s Beginner-Friendly Card
This week’s Mystery Monday card is one of those layouts you’ll use over and over again.
By simply cutting your Designer Series Paper into strips and layering them onto a Basic White card front, you can create an elegant card in just a few easy steps. Add a sentiment, a few die cuts or embellishments if you’d like, and you have a card that’s ready to brighten someone’s day.
I chose soft floral Designer Series Paper with a simple circular greeting and coordinating die-cut foliage, but this layout works beautifully for birthdays, thank-you cards, sympathy cards, Christmas cards, or just about any occasion.
One of my favorite finishing touches is decorating the envelope flap with matching Designer Series Paper. It only takes a minute, but it turns your handmade card into a special gift before it’s even opened.

Video Tutorial
My goal is to inspire you and help you with your cardmaking. I invite you to watch me on my YouTube Channel every Monday night at 7:00 PM Central…the live chat community is amazing, and you are invited to be a part of it! Watch the Replay
If you missed this week’s LIVE Mystery Monday, don’t worry! You can watch the replay anytime and create this card at any time that fits your schedule.

Why Beginners Love Mystery Monday
If you’ve ever thought…
“I’m not creative enough.”
“I don’t know where to start.”
“I don’t have the same supplies everyone else has.”
…then Mystery Monday was created with you in mind.
Every project encourages you to use what you already own. Instead of focusing on one specific stamp set or paper collection, I teach layouts, techniques, and ideas that can be recreated with almost any supplies.
That’s why every Mystery Monday looks different.
We all start with the same clues, but everyone’s creativity shines through in their own unique way.
Around here we have one simple motto…
No Stress. Go Rogue!
Some of my favorite cards have come from stampers who decided to make the project their own.
Every Monday is Mystery Monday
One of the biggest changes this summer is that Mystery Monday is now happening every Monday!
That means even more opportunities to create, learn new layouts, meet fellow cardmakers, and build your confidence one project at a time.
If you have friends who have always wanted to try cardmaking, invite them to join us. Mystery Monday is one of the easiest—and most fun—ways to get started.
A New Chapter for TxStampin
Tonight I also shared some exciting personal news…
We’re moving!
After months of searching, we found our new home, and I couldn’t be more excited.
Of course, I fell in love with the craft room…
But what surprised me most wasn’t just its size.
It was the lighting. When I first saw the house and turned on the overhead lighting, I gasped! It’s amazing! It’s similar to this. And it has a built-in fan! I took a picture of the light and searched for it on Amazon! Even if I didn’t buy that house, I knew I wanted that LIGHT!

The light in that room instantly made me think about how much easier it will be to create, film tutorials, photograph projects, and spend time doing what I love.
That moment inspired something much bigger.
Over the next several months, I’m excited to take you behind the scenes as I build my dream craft room. We’ll talk about organization, storage, lighting, products I genuinely love, and simple ideas that make crafting more enjoyable.
If you’ve ever dreamed about creating a space that inspires you to sit down and make cards, I hope you’ll come along for the journey.
