One of my favorite things about Mystery Monday Stamping is that no two cards are ever the same!
Each week I give you a series of clues, but what you create is completely up to you. We all reach for different Designer Series Paper, stamp sets, embossing folders, colors, and embellishments. You might even interpret a clue differently than I do—and that’s the fun of it! There is no right or wrong way to do Mystery Stamping.
For this week’s card, I chose soft florals and lots of texture to create a simple design that really lets the paper shine.

Products I Used
- Stamp Set: All Aflutter
- Embossing Folder: Lazy Daisy 3D
- Cardstock: Basic White, Hydrangea Hue, Crisp Cantaloupe
- Ink: Hydrangea Hue
- Designer Series Paper: Bloom Boutique Specialty Designer Series Paper
- Adhesive: Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals

The alternating 1″ squares create a fun patchwork effect, and embossing the entire layer after everything is glued together adds wonderful texture while tying all the pieces together. It’s such an easy technique, but it gives the finished card so much dimension. If you don’t like using liquid glue due to the mess, here’s a tip: add the glue, then let it dry; it becomes sticky like a Post-it note…not messy!
Remember…
- No stress.
- Just Go rogue.
- Use what you have.
Your card doesn’t have to look like mine. In fact, I hope it doesn’t! That’s what makes Mystery Monday so much fun. Every week our community fills the comments and Facebook group with completely different creations, all inspired by the same clues.
I’d love to see what you create! Be sure to share your finished card in our Mystery Monday Stampers Facebook group so we can all be inspired by your unique take on this week’s mystery.
