May Card Class: Handmade Bookmark Cards That Make the Perfect Gift!

Beginning Stamping· Card Making Ideas

6 May

Sharing this month is my May Card Class I’m so excited to share something fun and functional — my May Card Class is all about creating 4 handmade cards with built-in bookmarks! I chose to use the Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper and have a confession to make about one of the patterns. I will share that with the Bookmark card below

These cards are perfect for:

  • Teacher Appreciation gifts
  • Book club surprises
  • Mother’s Day or just-because cards

✨ And during the video, I shared a BONUS project idea that adds even more value to your handmade gift-giving!

Video Tutorial

Want the step-by-step PDF instructions for all 4 cards + bonus?
Just place a $50+ order on my Stampin’ Up! website anytime in May 2025, and I’ll send you the full class tutorial via email as a free thank-you gift!

This class is full of thoughtful designs that your loved ones will truly enjoy — and they’ll think of you every time they use their bookmark.

Front Pocket Bookmark Card

While making handmade cards can be a creative outlet and a way to create personalized gifts for loved ones these Bookmark cards add more to the gift!

Inside Pocket Bookmark Card

I love how this card has a cute little inside pocket to hold the bookmark! Make sure you check out my video to see how I created it! You can see the video here https://www.youtube.com/live/tl8aXFRsJEk

Detachable bookmark card

This Bookmark card was created with a rotary cutter! when the recipient receives it they can detach the bookmark from the card! I love how tools can make our crafting easier!!!

front panel bookmark card

I was determined to use this pattern but to be honest it wasn’t my favorite. However, once I started using it I began to love it. Someone during my YouTube Live said it reminded them of museum wallpaper! And I love how it turned out. I made a similar bookmark years ago you can see it here https://txstampin.com/easy-handmade-card-bookmark-accent/

BONUS CARD WITH A CORNER BOOKMARK

This is super easy to make and can be used on any book anytime! I hope that you enjoyed my Bookmark Class!

The Tutorials for the Four Bookmark cards and the Bonus are free for all orders placed during May 2025 or you can order just the tutorial below.
