Hey y’all!

Tonight was a very special Mystery Monday Stamping because we kicked off something many of you have been asking for…

Mystery Monday Stamping is now EVERY Monday night!

When I first started Mystery Monday years ago, I had no idea it would grow into such a fun and creative community. What began as a simple card challenge has become one of my favorite ways to connect with cardmakers from around the world.

You asked for more Mystery Monday.

I listened.

Starting now, we’ll be creating together every Monday at 7:00 PM Central on YouTube!

This Week’s Mystery Card

For our first weekly Mystery Monday project, we created this beautiful fun fold card featuring gorgeous floral Designer Series Paper and a simple layout that can be adapted to almost any stamp set or paper collection.

One of the things I love most about Mystery Monday is that everyone starts with the same clues, but no two cards end up looking exactly alike. Some stampers follow the clues exactly. Others add layers, embellishments, dies, embossing folders, and all sorts of creative touches.

That’s why one of our favorite rules is:

Go Rogue!

This week’s card is a wonderful example of how Designer Series Paper can do most of the work while still creating an elegant, impressive card.

Here’s a little secret…

If this week’s Mystery Monday card looked familiar, that’s because it should!

A few weeks ago, I used this exact card layout in my June Class featuring the beautiful Waterside Collection. The card showcased a peaceful lakeside scene with soft colors and a relaxing coastal feel. Everyone who orders $50 or more from my Stampin’ Up! website will receive the Class PDF for FREE. For Mystery Monday, I simply swapped out the Designer Series Paper and sentiment, and suddenly the card took on a completely different personality.

That’s one of the lessons I hope cardmakers learn from Mystery Monday Stamping.

You don’t need a brand-new card design every time you sit down to create. Some of the best cards come from revisiting layouts you’ve already made and giving them a fresh look with different papers, stamps, colors, and embellishments.

The Waterside version feels calm and serene. This week’s floral version feels warm and cheerful. Same layout. Completely different card.

That’s exactly why I love Mystery Monday. It helps us look beyond the products and focus on the design itself. Once you understand the layout, you can recreate it with almost anything in your craft room.

Use what you have.

Get inspired.

And don’t be afraid to go rogue!

I love inspiring you to create cards using the supplies you already have! If you enjoy Mystery Monday Stamping and need Stampin’ Up! products, I would be honored if you chose me as your demonstrator. Your support helps me continue providing free tutorials, clues, and inspiration each week.

Video Tutorial

My goal is to inspire you and help you with your cardmaking. I invite you to watch me on my YouTube Channel every Monday night at 7:00 PM Central…the live chat community is amazing, and you are invited to be a part of it!

Why Cardmakers Love Mystery Monday

  • Use supplies you already own
  • Learn new layouts and card designs
  • Build confidence in your creativity
  • Create alongside a supportive community
  • Discover new ways to use your paper and stamps

Most importantly, it’s fun.

There is no pressure to make your card look exactly like mine. In fact, I encourage you to put your own spin on it.
