Card Making Techniques· Gallery

3 Mar

Card Making Techniques Vol 6 brings five new techniques. This gets us to 35 papercraft techniques in this series!

Oh, the fun I had with this month’s techniques! They will inspire you to create cards for men, friends, and loved ones; they will be so impressed when they see the cards you lovingly made for them!

Missed any of the other card making technique volumes?

View past technique blog posts and/or watch the technique video series.

In card making techniques vol 6 we’ll start with the ‘Floating Strips’ Technique! It’s a great way to use up your scrap designer or scrapbook papers!

Technique #1 Floating Strips

Card Making Techniques Vol 6 | Video Tutorial

I started this series in October and I have added new techniques each month; there is a free YouTube class available to everyone! Invite your crafting friends too!

Additionally, I offer a PDF Instructions as a download; we’ll chat more about that after I share my cards with you!

Which of these techniques in volume 6 was your favorite? I can’t wait to read your thoughts!

Card Making Techniques Vol 6 includes:

  • Floating Strips Technique
  • Faux Metal Technique
  • Alcohol+Stampin’ Blends Technique
  • Blender Pen Technique
  • Faux Leather Technique

HOW DO I GET THE PDF INSTRUCTIONS?

You can get them FREE with any size order! Yes, I am doing a March Madness! Usually, I request a minimum $50 order to get the Card Making Techniques Vol. but this month ANY size order will earn you this month’s 5 Techniques to add to your reference library!

Rather purchase the tutorial? You can get this month’s standalone tutorial or purchase past card making technique volumes in the tutorial store.

The PDFs are designed to be cut apart and used in the Album from Stampin’ Up (using the Pocket Protector Pages) or you can store them in a binder. See https://youtu.be/LIQ5-e6iO5g at the 7:43 mark for example.

Technique #3 Alcohol + Stampin’ Blends

I shared this technique last fall in a card that is super colorful and fun. Check out the other alcohol technique card today too!

Technique #4 Blender pen

As you saw in the video, the Blender Pen gives a softer look than some of the other coloring methods.
