A Star Bright Christmas Card You’ll Love to Make

Christmas Cards· Gallery· Uncategorized

31 Oct

I’m bringing you a star bright Christmas card you’ll love to make! This Christmas card idea will WOW your recipient for sure.

When I opened the Stitched Stars Dies that came in my So Many Stars Bundle all I could say was WOW!  So many stars!  LOL!  My mind was racing how to use all of them!  And while these are Christmas cards I am already working on cards that are all occasion using these Stitched Stars!

Star Bright Christmas Cards in Foils, Glitter, and Shine

On the video I made the Blueberry Bushell and Sparkle Glimmer Paper one.  The other two are basically the same as far as adding the swirling stars with Multipurpose Liquid Glue as well as the stars.  Remember to use your Embossing Buddy when embossing to rid your cardstock of static electricity.  As I showed this card to a few friends they didn’t realize that the Noble Peacock Foils contain 2 each of 3 colors: Blueberry Bushel, Old Olive, Pretty Peacock.  I hope this helps remind you too!

I did love how even though I used Embossing Buddy I still had a little extra White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and that I could use the small stars to cover that up!

Of course I love Copper so I had to make one with Copper Foil.  Always hard to capture on the camera since it’s so shiny!

Here is the third card using Blueberry Bushel again with a Very Vanilla Cardstock Layer on top of the Very Vanilla Thick Cardstock!

On my video I give you tips on the best way to cut the swirling stars die with the Sparkle Glimmer Paper.  I found it a little tough to get all of the pieces to cut out until I tried this trick!  I love sharing tips and tricks to help your card making time easier!

I’m glad to find someone who is in Texas. I have also been making cards since the 90’s. I am now a senior citizen, living on a fixed income, but would like to have a catalog.
