Do you know what else makes these cards fun to make? Coloring tools! That’s right–grab your Stampin’ Blends (or favorite alcohol markers), Stampin’ Write Markers, Colored pencils, or any other coloring tool in your craft room. It’s so soothing to color these flowers in a variety of colors.

First, die-cut each circular die from white cardstock. Next, stamp the floral image on all of the circular dies and white card layers (layer measures 3-3/4 x 5). Do you enjoy coloring? The next step will be your favorite! I sat down and colored all of the flowers and leaves on the circular pieces only.
In the Spotlight Technique I shared in my Technique Series, I only colored the circular part, not the rest of the stamped flowers.
Want to add more dazzling effects to your spotlight on nature cards? Grab your Wink of Stella and accent the stamped images with the glitter brush. I love the slight shimmer and it dries quickly!
