Scrap Card Idea: How To Make A Quick Card With Dainty Delight

Easy Cards· Gallery· Mystery Stamping Cards· Thank You

5 Jun

I love making handmade cards from paper scraps! With a simple layout and designer paper of your choice, it’s a quick and easy way to make a card or a stack of cards.

I started my scrap card idea with a great stamp set from Stampin’ Up! called, ‘Dainty Delight. The stamp set has 4 different types of greeting stamps; I used the ‘thank you for your kindness’ sentiment for today’s card but the other sentiments cover a variety of occasions.

Make your card happy! Use the ‘Delightfully Eclectic designer paper and the lovely new Bubble Bath cardstock. There are some fabulous patterns in this HUGE pack of designer paper which I guarantee you’ll find inspiring. Stripes, flowers, dots, grids, geometic—there are designs that will appeal to everyone and will make your scrap card look amazing!

I love it! Mystery Stamping helps me think outside the box. It’s made me realize I have some creativity – not just the ability to CASE & recreate. I’ve had some miserable” fails” and some, ‘WOW. I did that!! I love to get the supplies ready Sunday night and start my Mondays with your sweet energetic personality.

The other supplies that I used for my version of the scrap card today were the Copper Clay Textured Ribbon & the 2023-2025 In Color Dots along with the Garden Green Ink. I love how simple and quick this card is to make. I think it would make a fabulous Christmas card design, too.

I was captivated by them from the moment I laid eyes on these cards—an ingenious use of scrap paper. These cards are truly impressive, serving as a heartfelt means to convey our emotions to our loved ones, particularly during the festive seasons of Christmas and New Year.
