Elegantly Said! Handmade Cards For the Most Special People in Your Life

Gallery· Thank You

11 May

Handmade cards with the ‘Elegantly said’ bundle are not only simple to make but are SO beautiful. There is a really cool craft punch to use in this bundle and to-die-for ‘simply elegant’ designer paper that’s perfect for scrapbook pages, cards and more!

If y’all have followed me for awhile you know I love Copper! Copper embossing powder definitely translates to ‘elegantly said’ handmade cards so I squealed with delight and made 2 cards to share with you.

Elegantly said handmade cards are easy to make.

Elegantly Said! Handmade Cards with beautiful products

One of the best things about the new Stampin’ Up! Elegantly Said bundle is that there is something for everyone…a great stamp set. a clever craft punch, and awesome designer paper. You can use them as a standalone or combine them to make beautiful handmade cards.

If you are reading this in an email, click here to view on the web.

What is your favorite part of this bundle? The Elegantly said stamp set, the craft punch, or the paper?

The Stampin' Up! Elegantly Said bundle is the perfect time to bring out the copper embossing powder.

Shiny copper is so hard to photograph! This card is simply elegant! By adding smaller pieces of Simply Elegant Specialty DSP I can make more cards using this pattern!

Sharing measurements for each card and I have a Free Download below so you can print it off and save for your cards.

Measurements

  • Basic White Cardstock – 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”
  • Basic Black Cardstock – (1) 4″ x 5 14″
  • Basic White Cardstock – 3 3/4″ x 5″
  • DSP – 2 ¼” x 3 ¾”
  • Copper Foil – 1/2″ x 5″
I love the craft punch that comes in this bundle it really is an elegant punch.

measurements

  • Basic Black Cardstock – 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored and folded at 5 1/2″
  • Basic White Cardstock – (2) 4″ x 5 14″
  • Basic Black Cardstock – 3 3/4″ x 5″
  • DSP – 1 1/2″ x 5″
  • Copper Foil – 1/2″ x 5″
Don't forget that sparkly ribbon on your Elegantly said handmade card for finishing touches.
I used the Elegantly said designer paper for this handmade card.

This card was inspired by the one in the catalog that the Stampin’ Up! artist made using Gold Emboss Powder and a different pattern in this Designer Series Paper. Me? I am more of a Copper gal! But, I do look for inspiration and use what I want or have on hand.

If you are not into embossing you could easily stamp with Black Memento like I did this sentiment.

Measurements

  • Basic White Cardstock – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
  • Copper Foil – 4″ x 5 1/4″ (I used my paper trimmer and cut out the center of the foil to save for another project!)
  • Designer Series Paper – 1 1/4″ x 5″
  • Basic White Cardstock – 3 3/4″ x 5″

here is you free download with measurements
