The Stampin Up! Art Gallery is the star of the show on this double flap fun fold card.

There is so much you can do with this double flap fun fold card. If you have a long message to write you could add another piece of Basic White Cardstock on the inside.

DOUBLE FLAP FUN FOLD Birthday Card Measurements:

Stamps used: Art Gallery

So Saffron Cardstock – 5 1/2″ x 10″, scored at 4 1/4″ and 8 1/2″

Basic White Cardstock – 4 x 5 1/4″

Fine Floral Art Designer Series Paper – 4 x 5 1/4″ and 1 1/4″ x 5 1/4″

Measurement for notecard on front

So Saffron – 3 1/2″ x 7″, score at 3 1/2″

Basic White Cardstock – (2) 2 3/4″ x 3 1/4″

Flowers for Every Season Combo Pack Ribbon – about 14-15″

What could make this double flap fun fold card over the top? Add Wink-of-Stella
Adding some Wink of Stella to the Daffodil Delight image really makes this card sparkle!
This double flap fun fold birthday card works great with this coordinating pink ribbon.

Since I needed another Birthday card I made the same double flap fun fold card design, but this time I changed the stamp set. For this card I used Pacific Point cardstock & Ink and also Petal Pink and Calypso Coral classic inks.

While there is a Happy Birthday sentiment in the Art Gallery stamp set I chose a sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! ‘Happy Thoughts’ stamp set. That stamp set also had the perfect sentiment for the inside of my birthday card.

I love the calypso coral and pretty peacock colors on this double flap fun fold card.

My flower was stamped with Petal Pink and Calypso Coral; Wink of Stella was added as the final finishing touch.

I have found when making this type of card I look at the ribbon I have and then chose the paper to coordinate. The ribbon is a must on this double flap fun fold card so that it closes properly.

I added pearls to this double flap fun fold card and colored it with my Stampin' Blends to match.

Stampin’ Blends were used on both cards to color the Pearl Basic Jewels that adds a touch of elegance to the cards!
