I send a lot of gift cards to my adult children so that they can pick out their own perfect gift!  Searching for DIY gift card holders to make is always on my radar and this design idea is perfect!  Easily customize your holder for a birthday, thank you, baby gift, wedding….the list is endless.

My son-in-law requested I used foil on his birthday card so I pulled out the Stampin’ Up! ‘World of Good’ designer paper for his gift card holder. Perfect for a masculine look.

DIY Gift Card Measurements

  • Top: 4″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 2″
  • Designer Series Paper for Top: 1 3/4″ x 5 1/4″
  • Bottom: 5 1/2″ x 7 1/2″, scored at 3 3/4″
  • Second piece of DSP for bottom: 3 1/2″ x 5 1/4″
  • Brass Foil: 1″ x 3 3/4″ and scrap for bow
  • Very Vanilla for inside: 4″ x 4 1/4″
