- Designer Series Paper for Top: 1 3/4″ x 5 1/4″
- Bottom: 5 1/2″ x 7 1/2″, scored at 3 3/4″
- Second piece of DSP for bottom: 3 1/2″ x 5 1/4″
- Brass Foil: 1″ x 3 3/4″ and scrap for bow
- Very Vanilla for inside: 4″ x 4 1/4″
