Want to know a fun fact about how the Designer Paper in this collection was created? The artist poured paint, like an acrylic pour, and then took photos of it!
While the ‘Waves of the Ocean’ Designer Series Paper inspired most of the cards today, I created the 1st one by using the Plastic Wrap Technique as shown in last week’s YouTube Live.

Bonus tip for the birthday card: Use a scrap of foil cardstock behind the holes on the sentiment layer.
Notice the clouds? The dies included allow you to give them texture! One more thing I’m loving about the Waves of the Ocean Collection!
When I go to the beach I love the sunshine, water, and Seagulls. I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies to cut the Basic White cardstock, then stamped the Seagull sitting on the piling with Soft Suede.
I wanted the piling to appear like it was in the water so I cut a piece of the DSP and added it (also cut it with Stitched Rectangle Dies).
