Two Heartwarming Hugs for Any Occasion

Gallery· Gifts & 3D Paper Projects· Holiday

6 Aug

Today I am sharing Two Heartwarming Hugs for any Occasion!  These adorable mini cups are fun to decorate and fill with beverages or treats.  They come with lids that are fun to decorate as well.  Warm Hugs Bundle comes with a cute Stamp set and tons of dies.  Saving 10% when you purchase as a bundle is the way to go!  Best thing is there are sentiments in the stamp set that can be used for any occasion!

Creating these for any occasion is fun!  Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Paper was perfect for my Fall version.  Basket Weave Mint Macaron and Metallic Ribbon Combo was perfect for adding a bow to the top of the carrier!

Picture putting cookies in one cup and hot cocoa packets in the other!  Or actual coffee or hot chocolate because these cups can hold hot liquids up to 200 degrees!  I couldn’t stop with just fall ones!  Below you will see some I decorated for Christmas time too!

Warm Wrap Dies allows you to get really creative when decorating your cups!  Two different decorative dies allows you two different looks giving you Two Heartwarming Hugs for Fall!

Covering my cups took a little bit of playing with printer paper to make a template.  I felt like you would need a template to make decorating your Mini Coffee cups and you can download yours to keep!  Store your template in the pack with the Designer Series paper to keep it handy!

Click here To get your printable Mini Coffee Cup Template.  You should print on 8 1/2″ x 11″ Whisper White cardstock so you can reuse it again.

Super adorable using Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Papers!  Having an assortment of patterns gives you so many choices!  Real Red Braided Linen Trim was just perfect for tying bows to the lids!  So many ways to create Two Heartwarming Hugs for the Christmas Season!

Since the dies cut out the center you can use a 1 1/2″ circle punch instead.  I wanted to use the sentiments in Warm Hugs and more of the DSP on my lids so this is the perfect solution!

The more I keep looking at these I am thinking hot cocoa pack in one and miniature marshmallows in the other!  Or tea bags….I love orange and peach tea!  Truly the possibilities are endless!

Who will you give these adorable cups to?  What would you put in them?

Sharon, you’re so wonderful to share your great videos. I want to share a tip with you that I have done for years. When I need to cut out a pattern on DSP, I use temporary adhesive to attach pattern to the paper and cut the pattern out and now your DSP has no pencil lines. Hope you will try it.

Thank you so much Lois! I appreciate you reminding me about temporary adhesive. I didn’t have any! LOL! I hope you enjoy my template! Happy Stamping!

Such a lovely video, thank you for sharing.
Do you know if you can “extend” the wrapper to cover a larger cup?
