The Secret On How To Make A Shaker Card The Easy Way

Card Making Techniques· Cards for Friends· Gallery

27 Jan

There is an easy way to make a shaker card and I’m all about teaching you how! See all the tips and tricks I share in this card tutorial.

As soon as I saw the ‘Rainbow of Happiness’ Bundle I knew I wanted to make a shaker card! This card is not only fun to make but a great one to send to kids.

I wanted my shaker card to be unique so I used the new shimmer paper and went with non-traditional colors for my rainbow so my rainbow is only in 2 colors but so shimmery and fun!

I added my ‘shaker’ elements from the ‘Sparkle and Shine Assortment Sequins’

Shaker cards are for the young and young at heart. I used the Rainbow of Happiness bundle for this project (don’t forget you save 10% when you buy the bundle, item #157727) so I used the cloud dies to add to my sentiment layer.

⭐️ Would you make a shaker card like this? Would you make your rainbow with traditional colors or do you like my out-of-the box creativity? Share your thoughts!

I added the Supple Shimmer Paper (Item #158068) using the blue tint.

What else did my shaker card need? Clouds at the end of the Rainbow– made with the new cloud punch.
