Seascape Scene Greeting Card: How to Build an Ocean Scene Card

Gallery

22 Jun

I had a blast building an ocean for a seascape scene greeting card with textured seaweed, colorful fish, and more.

Ahhhh…the beach and all that I love! Of course I was thrilled to use the Stampin’ Up! Seascape bundle and the Layering Diorama Dies to bring the ocean to a greeting card!

You’ll want to watch the video to see how all the magic happened and to learn all the tips for making your own seascape scene greeting card. My thought was to show you all of the ways to use the Diorama Dies to make your cards fun and whimsical too!

seascape scene greeting card: Build Your Own Ocean

The beach is my happy place and I’m thrilled to bring a video tutorial to you to teach you how to make your own seascape scene greeting card. If you need ideas for cards that are fun and summery I know you’ll be thrilled with this tutorial. You can download the tutorial below!

If you are reading this in an email, click here to view on the web.

What elements will you put in your seascape scene greeting card? More fish, more seaweed? I’d love to hear!

This card used the rings that I cut out by skipping a die to create this look. More precise I think but still very fun!

You can have more or a fish bowl look to your seascape scene greeting card using on layer of waves.

Use the largest of the Layering Diorama Dies for more of a fish bowl effect.

Did you know you can make aa seascape scene greeting card using the Diorama Dies by Stampin' Up!?

My seascape scene greeting card started with the layering Diorama Dies. Combine the die cuts to give you the exact waves and scene you want or just use 1 layer.

You can download the FREE tutorial to help you remember these Layering Diorama cards HERE

Your Seascape cards are beautiful, I intend to incorporate your ideas in a scrapbook on a cruise that I took through the Panama Canal, Aruba, Mexico, Guatemala, and Columbia. I hope I accomplish the same aspect as you
