Ready To Feel Happy? Make These Lovely Ocean Theme Greeting Cards

I was excited to make ocean theme cards to remember my vacation. These cards have stamping, die cuts, and bright colors. You can make them too and I can’t wait to show you how!

These ocean theme greeting cards start with the ‘Sea Life’ bundle by Stampin’ Up!. Some of the dies are designed as ‘partial die cutting’ but I’m going to show you how you can ‘step it up’ and cut these shapes out completely to get the exact layering and effect you want.

And…our ocean theme cards need colorful fish too! I used the blending brushes with Misty Moonlight Ink to achieve a 2 tone Koi Fish!

Love the bold look of the Seahorse and Coral using the New Ombre Glitter Paper! Sentiment layer was added using the cut out from the Diorama Dies! A few weeks ago I shared cards with the Diorama Dies. If you missed that post you can see it HERE

Simple card using the Sand & Sea Designer Series Paper again. The sentiment banner had Dimensionals to make it a little wavy I added two Dimensionals stacked to give more dimension!

Using the Koi fish again I backed it with Flirty Flamingo Cardstock using my snips. The sand was stamped with Soft Suede on Crumb Cake. Use your fingers to tear the cardstack away from you to give it a more wavy look!
