I have so much fun with the demonstrators who are on my team (Stamping Friends Forever)! Recently we did a card swap and I am in love with the handmade Christmas cards I received! I’m sharing those card images a little later in this post.
The 1st Idea for a handmade Christmas card today is a modified tent card. Many of you tell me you want to make cards that stand up and have plenty of room for writing a message or having group signatures–this card is for you!
When I first saw the ‘Angels of Peace’ stamp set by Stampin’ Up! I not only had ideas for handmade Christmas cards but you’ll see on my 2nd card design that it goes beyond Christmas.

The handmade Christmas card uses a Silver Iridescent ‘Whimsy and Wonder’ designer series paper. The photo looks like there is green and blue stripes but that’s just reflection of color from photo lens, my shirt, or something else in the room–but it’s really all silver stripes.
The second card idea uses Designer Series Paper from ‘Peaceful Place Specialty Designer Series Paper.
