How to Make a Four Fold Card For a Friend

Fun Folds Cards· Gallery· Uncategorized

9 Jan

Ohhhh, my friends….today I’m going to show you how to make a four fold card for a friend that will have you buzzing with excitement!

Honestly I thought I had tried the four fold card in the past but after I got started making this greeting card I realized I had not! I get excited when I learn something new and always want to teach it to you!

Honey Bee Bundle in the January – June Mini Catalog pairs with the FREE Sale-A-Bration Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Papers.  I LOVE these papers!  I wanted to make a card that would showcase all of the designs!

Have you made a Four Fold card before? Did this inspire you?

In researching this four fold card I learned there are several different versions.  I chose this one but plan on trying out the others too!  I think this one allows you to use those bits of Designer Series Papers that we all hang on to!

Using more bits of my Gold Foil paper really made me happy because I hate to throw those away!  I always think well maybe I could use those bits for stars or something!  Do you feel that way or am I the only one?

Four-Fold-Card

Using embossing technique really helped the shiny Designer Series Paper since it has gold foil highlights.  My favorite combination of colors is black and white with a touch of yellow so I used Daffodil Delight to finish the bees!

I encourage you to watch my video for cutting and scoring of these panels.
