Want to know how to make a DIY Birthday card for Brother? It’s manly, easy, and extra special because it’s handmade!
September is birthday month in our family and today’s Birthday card is for my brother! He has owned many boats and loves the water so the Stampin’ Up! Sailing Home Bundle is the perfect choice for his card!
Since I didn’t know what to send him I created a gift card holder and Birthday card in one! I’m getting pretty good at these and they are fun to do! On this one I figured out it was best to cut my cardstock to 4 1/2″ x 10 3/4″ to remove some of the bulk on one of the folds, you will understand what I mean as you watch the video!
If you saw my blog post for my Son in Law’s Birthday card I used a Top Golf gift card for his card too–not to worry– neither one of them are getting that one because we used it already! Merely using it here to show where the gift card goes!
My next cards are going to be for my two daughter in laws! We are blessed with five children who are all married and between them we have 9 grandkids! So you know I have lots of Birthday Cards to make! I should just do a marathon and do them all at once but that is 20 birthday cards! LOL!
