Mother’s are super special so handmade Mother’s Day cards are top of my list of card designs today.

I’ve had a number of requests for Mother’s Day card ideas and questions like, “How do you make a good Mother’s Day card?” First step: grab some cardstock and a great stamp set like ‘Hand-Drawn Blooms’ by Stampin’ Up! I also picked up my ‘Timeless Tulips’ stamp set for the sentiment, ‘Happy Mother’s Day’.

The 2 cards ideas for Mom are completely different but the coloring is similar. Grab your Stampin’ Blends (the best alcohol markers out there!) and if you want to make your card a little more special use Shimmery White Cardstock.

Which of these Mother’s Day Cards was YOUr favorite?

This is a handmade Mother's Day card that features the banner blooms dies.

Using Shimmery White cardstock really made the coloring so pretty on this Mother’s Day card! Since some of the tiny flowers were hard to see at first I started coloring the greenery, then the bigger flowers and the tiny ones just popped out! Notice some of the darker greenery? I simply colored them twice.

The best way to adhere the image is with placing the Self Adhesive sheets on the back of the cardstock before you die cut.

This is a handmade Mother's Day card I DIY'd using the Stampin' Up! Hand Drawn stamp set.

Both of these Mother’s Day cards were relaxing time to color! This second card took no time using the barrel end of the Stampin’ Blends.

Top your card off with the ‘Happy Mother’s Day’ sentiment popped up with dimensionals.
