Garden Greenhouse Greeting Cards: 2 Ideas You’ll Love to Make!

Gallery

21 Apr

Love a Garden Greenhouse greeting card? Stampin’ Up! has given us a great bundle to design with. I’ll show you how to make 2 different designs.

I’ve been eyeing the ‘Garden Greenhouse’ bundle for a while and I’m so glad I purchased it. My husband has been outside working on our garden flower planter boxes so I decided to make my version of a garden greenhouse and I’ll tell ya—I wasn’t nearly as tired as he was!

Know what other fun product I used on this Greenhouse? Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper — I used it to cut out the greenhouse frame and the flowers that I placed outside the house. It’s so pretty! I tried stamping on the Mother of Pearl paper and found that didn’t work well because the stamp slid.

Since I was having so much fun I had to make 2 cards and switch things up a bit!

This Garden Greenhouse greeting card uses white cardstock for the background which I stamped on some of the flowers and leaves. I die cut some flowers and leaves out of different colored cardstock and last, cut the greenhouse out of black cardstock. Use a liquid glue to apply the leaves and flowers.

The finishing touch? I added the brass Butterflies because every greenhouse has butterflies flying around!

Both Garden Greenhouse greeting cards remind me of Spring & new beginnings which always make me happy!
