Elegant Christmas Cards To DIY | A Simple Seasonal Craft Idea

Christmas Cards· Gallery· Mystery Stamping Cards

9 Oct

Elegant Christmas cards are easy to make with the ‘Cheers to the Season’ stamp set by Stampin’ Up!. If you make Christmas cards and need to make many of them, you’ll love this quick and easy option. The best part? This card looks super elegant!

Add some gold foil cardstock and that enhances the elegance too. I love using cardstocks with sparkle and foils—especially for Christmas cards.

I’ve got two versions of this card. I’m curious to know which card you would love to receive.

Elegant Christmas Cards Video Tutorial

When making your own elegant Christmas cards would your go-to foil card stock be gold, silver, or copper foil? Inquiring minds want to know. LOL

For this second elegant Christmas card I stamped the image with VersaMark and then poured gold embossing powder over it and heat set it. Next cut the image with scissors and place it on the card front. I think this is my favorite and most elegant card of the two.

Once your Mystery Monday Stamping card is complete take a photo and share it in the Facebook Group. No two cards made during the session ever look the same and it’s fun to see what everyone does with the same clues given.

I want to personally invite you to join us for Mystery Monday Stamping! Every Monday night at 7:00 PM Central or watch the replay.
