Can you believe the holidays are just a few months away? I know many of you want to get started on your handmade holiday cards so today I have an easy copper embossed Christmas card: Dashing Deer Bundle to share with you.
Copper is the focus of this card and you know it is my favorite! The new Dashing Deer Bundle is beautiful because of the Deer! The New Joyous Noel Specialty Designer Series Paper is my favorite in the Holiday 2018 Catalog–also filled with copper that will be perfect for your copper embossed Christmas Card.
Most of the designer series papers in this pack have a touch of Copper on them and no photo I could take can do it justice.

Look at this beautiful copper embossed Christmas card!!
Supplies Used:
Dashing Deer Wood or Clear Mount
Joyous Noel Specialty Designer Series Paper – 4″ x 5 1/4″
Whisper White Thick – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored and folded at 4 1/4″
You’ll need another Whisper White Cardstock scrap for Stamping Deer
Whisper White Cardstock for sentiment layer – 3/4″ x 2 3/4″
Copper Foil Sheets – 1″ x 3″, plus scrap
Copper Emboss Powder
Versamark Ink
Embossing Buddy
Heat Tool
Copper Embossed Christmas Card:
Instructions for the Dashing Deer Copper Embossed Card:
Adhere the DSP to the Whisper White Card base with Snail
Rub Embossing Buddy over Whisper White Scrap
Stamp Deer with Versamark Ink, pour Copper Emboss Powder over image and heat set
Cut out Deer with Coordinating Framelits
Add to Deer with Snail adhesive making sure you have adhesive on all ends
Rub Embossing Buddy over Whisper White Sentiment layer
Stamp Sentiment with Versamark Ink, pour Copper Emboss Powder over image and heat set
Adhere the Whisper White sentiment layer to the Copper Foil layer with Snail
Add both layers to the card front with Dimensionals
Cut out swirly floral image with Framelits and Copper Foil Scrap, snip off flowers
Add to the Sentiment layer with Snail
Don’t Forget the Inside of Your Card!
On the inside of your card this set has a beautiful message to use as well as one if you send a Thank You card!
Rub Embossing Buddy on the top portion of the inside of the card
Stamp message with Versamark Ink
Pour Copper Emboss Powder over stamped sentiment and heat set
This combination of copper and white just may be my favorite! However, with that said I am just beginning to create cards using stamp sets and goodies from the Holiday Catalog!
