This double box fold card design really lets this paper stand out and it’s just gorgeous (way more than the picture depicts)! You can use this card design idea for any occasion– it’s perfect to stand up on a desk or mantle!
The double box fold card goes by other names too — double step, two-step panel, and even a stand-up pop-out. The design is the same and this card folds completely flat to fit inside of an A2 size envelope that measures 5-3/4″ x 4-3/8″.
On the card above I used Versamark Ink, Copper Emboss Powder for the image, and Memento Black for the sentiment.
Double Box Fold Card measurements
- Basic Black Cardstock 4 1/4″ x 10 1/2″, scored at 1/2″, 1 3/4″, 3 3/4″ and 5″
- Basic Black Cardstock 3″ x 5″, scored at 1/2″ and 1 3/4″
- Elegantly Said Specialty DSP 4″ x 4″, 1 3/4″ x 4″, 2 3/4″ x 3″, 1″ x 4″, 1″ x 2 3/4″
