Creative beautiful birthday cards made in 10 minutes? You bet! I’ve got 2 cards – each slightly different – that are simple to make and oh, so fun!
The measurements for each of these birthday cards are a little different and one of them has a fun little fold to it–just tuck all those happy wishes in your card and your friend/family will LOVE getting a handmade card from you!
As I shared on the video I used Stampin’ Write Markers and StazOn Ink to make both cards. My go-to these days is Stampin’ Blends but because you could see the back of both of the cards I didn’t want the blends to bleed thru. These are easy cards and there just wasn’t a need to add another layer just to use the Blends.

- Melon Mambo Cardstock – 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
- Basic Black Cardstock – 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″
- Whisper White Cardstock – 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″
While this card is easy to make it is a fun little fold type of card. Y’all know I love fun folds so this one really made me happy to make! A great tip I also shared on the video is to color the Pearl Jewels with Black Stampin’ Blend Dark and set aside to ensure that it is completely dry before you add to your card. I made the mistake once to color then try to put on my project and I ruined the entire card because the Blends were not dry!
