Odd shaped items are hard to wrap and rather than just sticking the gift in a bag make this little box that can hold travel sized hand creams, lotions or even a jewelry box!
Simple stamping on the front with Merry Christmas to all and Dashing Deer. Both sets are my favorites! I used StazOn Black ink and Cherry Cobbler ink to stamp. Of course adding a few Rhinestone Jewels makes any project shine!
What can you put inside?
The bottles inside are travel size body wash but as you will see on my video this adorable box will hold a jewelry box too! You can also put in some chocolates which everyone loves!
There is plenty of room inside to write anything you want. I stamped May The Beauty of the Season Fill Your Heart with Joy from Merry Christmas to all. I love that stamp from this set!

Cherry Cobbler Cardstock – Cut and scored as follows: (1) 4 1/2″ x 11″, scored at 5″ & 6″, (1) 4 1/2″ x 5″, scored at 1 1/2″ and 2 1/2″ on 5″ side, (1) 2 1/2″ x 11″, scored at 2″, 3″, 7 1/4″, 8 1/4″, (1) 4 1/2″ x 6″, scored at 2 1/2″ and 3 1/2″ on 6″ side.
Basic Black Cardstock – 3 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
Very Vanilla Cardstock – 3 1/4″ x 4″ and 4″ x 4 1/2″
Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper – 4 1/2″ x 5″ and 3″ x 4 1/2″
Velcro from Office Supply Store
Black Shimmer 3/8″ Ribbon for bow
Rhinestone Jewels
Tear and Tape or Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Outside Box Assembly
Punch two sides of 4 1/2″ x 5″ Cherry Cobbler cardstock and4 1/2″ x 5″ DSP with Trio Punch
Add Tear and Tape to DSP 4 1/2″ x 5″ and adhere to Cherry Cobbler cardstock
Inside Box Assembly
Add Tear and Tape to one end of 2 1/2″ x 11″ Cherry Cobbler strip, I recommend putting something inside to give support as you attach the other end.
Place scored 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ inside and secure with Multipurpose Liquid glue
Add Tear and Tape to bottom as shown on video
Final steps!
Stamp Merry Christmas with Cherry Cobbler ink and the deer with StazOn on 3 1/4″ x 4″ Very Vanilla layer
Adhere the Very Vanilla layer with snail to the Basic Black Cardstock – 3 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ and add both to the front of the box
Stamp Sentiment with Cherry Cobbler on Very Vanilla 4″ x 4 1/2″ layer and add to inside flap of box with snail
Tie a bow with Black ribbon and add to flap with Tear and Tape
Tie a bow with Black ribbon and add to flap with Tear and Tape
To close box use Velcro or magnets
Add some Rhinestones to the front
