I want to show you 2 greeting card ideas that are creative and easy to make! These greeting cards can be made elegant or made for every day use.
After posting this card on Facebook and asking what it needed I was impressed with the responses! Some of you said it needed an envelope while others suggested butterflies and pearls! I wanted to share this card plus the one I re-did using your suggestions! Lots of fun with these greeting card ideas!!
This was the original greeting card design I posted and I told you guys I felt it needed something! Do you stare at cards thinking the same thing? I would love to know which handmade card you like best — the original one or the one that I re-did on a Facebook Live shown below! By the way I have started doing a card demonstration every Monday at 7 PM Central on my Facebook Page.
When I made my video for today’s blog post I added the pearls that I colored with my soft suede Stampin’ Blends since I used that to color my very vanilla lace ribbon!
As you can see I didn’t use the stamp from Tasteful Textures or the ribbon/metal embellishment on the card above, instead I added two butterflies and I colored the pearls with my soft suede Stampin’ Blends!
