I wanted to make a pretty one and I was pleased with this one!  I have had to make two sympathy cards this month and they are really hard to make, do you agree?

  • OTHER – Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Bloomin’ Hearts Thinlets Die (140621), Pearl Basic Jewels (144219), Snips (103579), Mini Glue Dots (103683)


Rose Wonder Sympathy Card Cutting & Scoring:  

Real Red – 8 ½” x 5 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”
Real Red – 1 1/8” x 2 3/8”, scraps for flowers
Petal Passion DSP – 4 “ x 5 ¼”
Whisper White – 1” x 2 ¼”, scrap for heart and flowers

Rose Wonder Sympathy Card Instructions:

Use snips to cut DSP from the right side about 2 inches in, fold flaps back, use glue dots to hold corners

Use Snail Adhesive and add the DSP to the Real Red card base

Cut out heart with Bloomin’ Hearts Thinlets and Whisper White scrap

Adhere to DSP and card base with Mini Glue dots

Cut out two large flowers with Real Red scraps

Cut out three small flowers with Real Red scraps

Cut out two small flowers with Whisper White scraps

Add Pearls to flower centers and flowers on the heart

Stamp With Sympathy with Real Red ink on Whisper White 1” x 2 ¼” layer

Add sentiment layer to Real Red layer with snail

Add sentiment to card front with Dimensionals
