Rose Wonder Faux Triple Time Stamping Technique was inspired by my last Thursday Triple Time Stamping Technique. But I quickly realized I couldn’t actually triple time stamp when doing embossing! And since I didn’t know what to call this card I called it Faux Triple Time Stamping Technique!
I invite you to try this fun stamping that to me is very elegant! Each of my cards look totally different when I finished putting them together!
The Measurements are still the same:
Daffodil Delight Card Base: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
Copper Foil Layers: 4 1/2 x 3 1/2″ and 3 1/2 x 2 1/4″
Shimmery White Layers: 4 x 5 1/4″, 4 1/4 x 3″, 3 1/4 x 3″
But you have to stamp each layer with Versamark Ink then pour Copper Embossing Powder over each one and heat set. Make sure you use your embossing buddy! That Copper Embossing Powder has a ton of static in it!
Next step is to color the first layer 3 1/4 x 3″ of Shimmery White CS using the Stampin’ Write Markers
Take that layer and place it on the Copper Foil layer 3 1/2 x 2 1/4″ and visually place over the 4 1/4 x 3″ layer to see how much you need to color on the next layer. You don’t need to color the whole layer since most of it will be covered up by the first layer. Repeat these same steps for the next layers as shown below. The parts that are omitted in the coloring will be covered up by the layer above it.
After you have colored all of the layers adhere the two top layers to Copper Foil layers with Fast Fuse adhesive. Fast Fuse works really well with the Copper Foil sheets!
Attach the 4 x 5 1/4″ Shimmery White to your card base with Fast Fuse then add all remaining layers with Dimensionals to really make your card pop!
I realized after stamping that I didn’t have room for a sentiment on the front so it went inside.
On my video I stamped my sentiment first so that I would have room!
As you can see I had a lot of fun making different colored Roses!
Happy Stamping Y’all!
